“The tour itself was lovely, however we arrived 10 minutes before the booked time at 11am, so we arrived and picked up our tickets at 10.50. And was told to wait about 30 metres away for the rest of the group to arrive and the lady would come and get us, however at 11.15 we went to check how much longer and she acted like she didn't know who we were, then had to call a boat back for us to board, our original boat left without us. Very strange as we spoke and paid for the island fees not long before. Had to remind her of our booking. Seemed…”
